Registration shall not be mandatory in order to place an order through the online store Endoskops.lv.

Goods marked as “Available immediately” shall be deemed to be physically located in the Seller’s warehouse at the time of publication. Availability information is provided for indicative purposes only and may be subject to change prior to confirmation of payment. Stock quantities are limited.

1. Order Placement

1.1. The Buyer shall select the desired goods and add them to the shopping cart.

1.2. During the checkout process, the Buyer shall provide the required contact details and select the preferred delivery and payment method.

1.3. Delivery charges shall be calculated automatically in accordance with:

• the size and dimensions of the goods,

• the selected delivery method (parcel locker, courier service, postal service),

• the country of delivery.

1.4. Prior to confirming the order, the Buyer shall confirm that they have read and accepted:

• the Warranty and Return Terms,

• the Privacy Policy.

No order shall be submitted without such confirmation.

2. Formation of Contract

2.1. The submission of an order via the website shall not constitute acceptance of the order by the Seller nor the formation of a binding contract.

2.2. A legally binding contract for the sale of goods shall be deemed concluded only upon receipt by the Seller of full payment for the ordered goods.

2.3. The issuance of an invoice prior to payment shall not give rise to any binding obligations on the part of either the Buyer or the Seller.

2.4. Reservation of goods shall be effective only upon confirmation of receipt of funds in the Seller’s bank account or confirmation of successful payment by the relevant payment service provider.

3. Payment Methods

Payment shall be effected exclusively by non-cash means, including:

• internet banking services (SEB, LHV, Swedbank, Citadele, Luminor – Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania),

• credit or debit cards,

• Apple Pay,

• PayPal,

• bank transfer pursuant to an issued invoice.

3.1. Payments made by card or internet banking shall be processed via the payment service provider EveryPay.

3.2. The Seller shall neither store nor process payment card details or PayPal authentication credentials.

4. Payment Processing

4.1. Where payment is made by card or internet banking, the Buyer shall be redirected to a secure payment environment operated by the relevant payment service provider.

4.2. Upon successful completion of payment, the Buyer shall receive electronic confirmation together with an invoice to the email address provided.

4.3. Where payment is made by bank transfer, the invoice shall be transmitted electronically.

4.4. Goods shall be dispatched or made available for collection only upon actual receipt of cleared funds by the Seller.

4.5. Depending on the credit institution involved, clearance of funds may take between one (1) and three (3) working days.

5. Dispatch of Goods

5.1. Upon receipt of payment, the Seller shall ordinarily dispatch the goods or prepare them for collection on the next working day.

5.2. Any timeframes stated are estimates only and shall not constitute binding delivery obligations. Such timeframes may vary due to:

• payment processing delays,

• operational matters affecting payment systems,

• actions or delays attributable to delivery service providers,

• events of force majeure.

5.3. Following dispatch, the Buyer shall receive notification including either:

• a tracking reference number; or

• confirmation that the goods are ready for collection.

6. Liability

6.1. The Seller shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance arising from the acts or omissions of payment service providers, credit institutions, delivery service providers, or other circumstances beyond the Seller’s reasonable control.

6.2. Without prejudice to any other rights, the Seller reserves the right, prior to receipt of payment, to decline to fulfil an order in the event of stock unavailability or manifest technical pricing error.
