No registration is required to make purchases in the online store Endoskops.lv. The purchase is made by adding one or more items to the cart. At the next step, “Place an order,” fill out a form with contact information and select payment and delivery methods. The cost of delivery is determined depending on the size of the goods and the method - by Omniva parcel terminals, courier, regular mail and, depending on the country. Next, you need to confirm that the Client has read the Warranty and Return Rules, as well as the Privacy Policy Terms and Conditions before purchasing, and click the Place an Order button. After registration, if the Client has chosen the payment method “Payment by credit card or online banking”, he will be redirected to the payment page where banking operations are carried out. The client receives a message about successful payment and an e-mail with the invoice. If the Client has chosen the payment method "Transfer through bank", he receives a message with an invoice by e-mail.
Payment is made by non-cash methods:
- via internet banks SEB, LHV, Swedbank, Citadele, Luminor of Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania directly when ordering
- credit or debit cards
- Apple Pay
- transfer based on invoices after order
Payment is made through the EveryPay payment service.
The goods are sent or ready for pickup on the same day or the next only after receiving funds into the account. In some cases, funds may take from 1 to 3 days to be credited.
After funds are credited to the online store account, the client receives a notification to the e-mail specified when ordering that the status has changed to "Shipped" with a tracking number and a final electronic invoice attached, or "Ready for pickup" if the delivery method was selected " Pickup."
